Non-Refundable Ticket Disclaimer
Before securing your tickets for Merry & Bright at Martini Town (“The Event,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), please carefully review the following important information:
1. Non-Refundable Tickets: All tickets for Merry & Bright are non-refundable. Once you purchase a ticket, it cannot be returned or refunded, regardless of the circumstances.
2.Ticket Exchanges: We offer a courtesy option for ticket exchanges using Ticket Tailor’s self-serve exchange option, which allows you to reschedule your ticket for a new date and time, provided tickets are available.
- 24-Hour Notice: You must complete the exchange at least 24 hours before your ticketed date and time.
- Self-Serve Only: All exchanges must be done by the ticket purchaser using the ticket exchange option provided by Ticket Tailor. We are unable to accommodate ticket exchanges via email or phone, and any such inquiries will not be returned.
- Availability: You can only reschedule your ticket for a date and time with availability. If all dates and times are sold out, a ticket exchange will not be possible.
- Limitation of Service: We will accommodate exchanges when and where possible but reserve the right to limit or cancel this option at any time.
3. Weather Conditions: The Event takes place outdoors and may occur in various weather conditions, including wind, cold temperatures, rain, or snow. Ticket holders are responsible for dressing appropriately and attending the Event, even if the weather is less than ideal. In case of severe or unsafe weather conditions, the Event may be postponed, rescheduled, or cancelled to ensure the safety of all attendees. If the Event is cancelled, we will provide attendees a voucher, allowing them to visit on an alternative day of their choice. At our discretion we may refund your purchase if due to a weather cancellation and in our sole judgement feel that the ticket holder will be unable to reschedule due to limited remaining days or limited available tickets.
4. Attendance Responsibility: By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for attending the Event on the specified date and time. In the case of your inability to attend due to unforeseen circumstances, your ticket remains non-refundable unless eligible for an exchange as outlined above.
5. Lost or Stolen Tickets: We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced tickets. Please safeguard your tickets as you would any valuable item.
6. Single Scan QR Code: Your ticket for the Event includes a unique QR code that can only be scanned once. Once the QR code has been scanned and validated for entry, it cannot be reused for subsequent admissions. Do not distribute or print multiple copies of your ticket.
7. Transferability: If you transfer your ticket to another individual, please communicate the single scan limitation to the recipient to avoid any misunderstanding or inconvenience.
8. Event Changes or Cancellations: In the unlikely event of changes in event details or cancellation, we will communicate any alterations or rescheduling via our social channels, website, and email. Depending on the situation, you may receive a voucher code to attend the Event on an alternative day, or we may refund the ticket amount back to your original form of payment. This decisions will be at our sole judgement.
9. Liability: We are not liable for any personal, financial, or other losses incurred as a result of the non-refundable ticket policy. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to assess their ability to attend the Event before purchasing tickets.
10. Ticket Authenticity: To avoid counterfeit or invalid tickets, always purchase tickets through our official website and our ticket provider, Ticket Tailor. We do not sell tickets on any other platforms and do not recommend buying re-sale tickets from third-party sites.
