We have had an incredible response from vendors this season and are now down to our final few spaces. Many product categories are already full, while others have only very limited availability.

At Merry & Bright, we carefully curate our Vendor Market to create a festive, high-quality shopping experience for our guests. Rather than accepting general applications, we invite vendors who complement our existing mix and help create a diverse marketplace.

If you think your products would be a great fit, we’d love to learn more about you. This is not an application—it’s simply an opportunity for us to get to know your business and determine whether we have a suitable space available this season or for future opportunities.

Rotating Market Stands

The following categories have limited availability. All other booking blocks for these vendor types are sold out.

• Candles — Blocks 7 only (maximum 1 vendor per booking block)
• Jewellery — Block 1
• Cosmetics, Soap or Aroma Therapy – Block 1
• All Other Product Categories — Blocks 6 & 7 only (maximum 5 vendors per booking block)

Flex Space

A limited number of 12′ W × 4′ D Flex Spaces are available for single booking blocks and are ideal for vendors with products better suited to clothing racks, vertical displays, floor stands, or other larger displays. These spaces are not available for jewelry or candle vendors.

Vendor Opportunities & Pricing

For 2026, Merry & Bright will feature two vendor experiences within our Christmas Market:

Market Stands

Our new market stands measure 8 feet wide by 2 feet deep and provide counter-height display space with built-in overstock storage. Vendors simply bring their products—we provide the stand, signage, lighting, and décor.

• Available in booking blocks throughout the season
• Book one block or multiple blocks—each block includes 16 vendor spaces
• Pricing starts at $375 + GST per block

Market Stand Booking Blocks

• Block 1: Nov 20–22 + Optional Preview Night (Nov 15 Included at No Charge) — $375 + GST
• Block 2: Nov 27–29 — $375 ($125 per day) + GST
• Block 3: Dec 2–6 — $625 ($125 per day) + GST
• Block 4: Dec 9–13 — $625 ($125 per day) + GST
• Block 5: Dec 16–20 — $625 ($125 per day) + GST
• Block 6: Dec 21–24 — $625 ($156.25 per day) + GST
• Block 7: Dec 26–31 — $625 ($125 per day) + GST

Full-Season Walk-In Booths

Walk-in booths measure 12 feet wide by 8 feet deep and provide vendors with a dedicated space to create their own display using freestanding fixtures, shelving, and merchandising.

• Limited to 10 spaces for 2026
• Vendors provide their own displays and merchandising; we provide electricity, shelter, heat, and Wi-Fi
• Full-season bookings only: $4,750 + GST ($148 per operating day)

Please Do Not Use This Form If You Offer:

• Are a food truck or wish to sell food or beverages for immediate on-site consumption. We have reached capacity for these vendors for the 2026 season. Our interest form for the 2027 season will be available in February 2027.

• Direct sales or multi-level marketing (MLM) products

• Wholesale or distribution-only products

• Informational or promotional services (including banks, real estate, mobility services, memberships, etc.)

• Products with hateful, divisive, or discriminatory messaging

• Any THC, cannabis, tobacco, or related products or branding

• Permanent tattoos or piercings
