Enjoy a delicious variety of meals, snacks, and festive drinks at Merry & Bright. In addition to the food vendors listed below, you’ll find sweets and treats from Sticky’s Candy, Bar Down Bakery, and select Market Lane Vendors.
New for 2026, enjoy local craft beer from Barnside Brewing and cider from Fraser Valley Cider, alongside mulled wine and a splash of Baileys in your hot chocolate for a little extra holiday cheer.
Our food vendors are part of the experience, so you can enjoy a festive window display or live performance while waiting for your order. Food service begins at 3:00 pm, with kitchens closing at 9:30 pm.
Outside food and beverages are not permitted. You’re welcome to bring an empty reusable water bottle and fill it at our self-serve refill station at the Café pick-up window.
Texas Smoke BBQ
Texas Smoke BBQ is bringing authentic Texas-style BBQ to Merry & Bright! Their meats are cooked low and slow over 100% wood smoke for incredible smoky flavour and tenderness. And because Vancouver weather in November and December doesn’t always cooperate, enjoy your BBQ in our heated dining tent with seating and shelter from the rain — the perfect place to warm up before heading back out to explore Martini Town.
Mediterranean Grill
We heard you! We’ve added FRENCH FRIES! Our Mediterranean Kitchen will be serving freshly grilled pita wraps, flavourful bowls, and crispy fries, including loaded chicken fries with feta and tzatziki. Vegetarians will love the selection, including grilled vegetable wraps and bowls, house-made hummus, warm pita, and stuffed grape leaves. Meat lovers can enjoy grilled chicken, spiced lamb sausage, and chorizo. Save room for festive gingerbread panna cotta!
Taco Nori
Taco Nori puts a fun, portable twist on sushi with their signature sushi tacos served in a crispy nori shell. The taco format makes it easy to enjoy sushi while strolling down our New York Street or watching live entertainment on the Courthouse Steps — and unlike a hot meal, you don’t have to worry about it getting cold while you explore!
The Martini Cafe
Warm up with your favourite holiday drinks! Enjoy hot chocolate, warm apple cider, coffee, tea, and festive sweets. For a little extra holiday cheer, sip on mulled wine or add a splash of Baileys to your hot chocolate!
Hot Mini Donuts
It wouldn’t be a holiday festival without fresh, hot mini donuts! These delicious bite-sized treats are a festive favourite and the perfect sweet snack to enjoy while exploring the twinkling lights and holiday magic of Merry & Bright.
Local Craft Beer & Cider
New for 2026! Raise a glass to the holidays with local craft beer from Barnside Brewing, refreshing apple cider from Fraser Valley Cider, plus a selection of wines and ready-to-drink cocktails. There's even more holiday cheer to enjoy at Merry & Bright!
Vegan, vegetarian, or gluten free?
We haven’t forgotten you! Enjoy a variety of vegan and vegetarian options at Merry & Bright. Some menu items are already vegan or vegetarian, while others may be modified to suit your dietary needs—even if those options aren’t listed on the menu. Please ask our food vendors about your preferences.
Gluten-friendly options are also available but may not be listed on the menu, so please ask. However, our vendors do not operate strictly gluten-free kitchens, so we cannot guarantee against cross-contamination. Guests with celiac disease or severe gluten sensitivities should discuss their dietary requirements directly with vendors before ordering.
