For 2026, we’ve brought together a fantastic lineup of local entertainers to make your Merry & Bright experience even more magical!
Enjoy live holiday music from talented solo artists, duos, and our returning favourites, The Dimes, performing on our courthouse steps throughout the evening. Keep an eye out for our mischievous Green Christmas Grouch, along with other festive character performances and surprises!
And of course, Santa will be welcoming guests at his beautifully decorated gazebo every event day through December 23rd. After that, he has some rather important deliveries to make!

The Dimes
This iconic Vancouver-based trio will be bringing the town down with tons of festive hits and even more talent. You can check them out here. The Dimes perform nightly with 20-minute sets at the top of each hour, beginning at 5:00 pm and concluding with their final set at 8:00 pm.
The Christmas Grouch
Watch out! Our mischievous Green Christmas Grouch is roaming the streets of Martini Town, spreading holiday mischief wherever he goes! Stop for a photo, share a laugh, and see if you can bring out his Christmas spirit. But be warned — we cannot be held responsible for his antics!
Local Musicians
Enjoy daily performances by a variety of talented local musicians. Each evening on our courthouse steps, you can enjoy live music from a local musician (or two). They open the event with at 3:30 pm, and have their last set at 7:30 and are immediately followed by The Dimes to close the event.
Santa
You can find Santa in the gazebo watching over his sleigh and one of his helpers would be more than happy to snap a picture on your camera or phone. Santa will be joining us nightly from November 20 to December 23 between 3:30 pm and 8:30 pm. After that he has other places to be.
